Submitting a Refund Application

Customers are entitled to request complete or partial refunds within 14 days of a deadline expiring. These or any other timeframe limits are not applicable where the request for a refund concerns a complaint about plagiarism. The applicant should, however, submit a report from a trusted plagiarism detection system to prove our liability.    

Note: Turnitin.com, WriteCheck and iThenticate (all partner websites) are considered to be trusted plagiarism detection services. Correctly referenced source material (quotes, etc.), tables of content and certain components from an actual assignment itself such as parts of the question are not plagiarism. Reports from systems such as SafeAssign.com are not considered trustworthy because they highlight the aforementioned exceptions as plagiarism. Likewise, hand-made file notes are not evidence of the existence of plagiarized content.        

  1. If an order is of the continuation variety, our company cannot be deemed accountable for plagiarism in text written by the customer. Only the parts created by our own writers are tested for originality.
  2. If you do not feel entirely happy with your paper, our Refunds Department will consider your complaint carefully and issue a report. If your claims are well-founded, the fee you paid will be refunded in part or full. It will take 3 or 4 days for you to receive a response.  


  1. Revisions are offered at no extra cost for up to two days after the expiration of a deadline. After this period, you will be required to submit a new order. Our company cannot provide refunds later if our writer revises your paper free-of-charge.   
  2. If you have a long paper i.e. twenty pages or over, you may apply for free revisions for 30 days after expiration of the deadline.
  3. Should you wish to change your original instructions at a later date, we will not be able to revise your work without additional payment. Furthermore, if order-critical materials are only provided when work has commenced or is complete, a new order may be requested.   
  4. If you opt for our revision service, a new deadline will need to be agreed when you send your comments. Where required revisions are of a complex nature or we encounter some difficulty assigning the order, your revisions may not be ready for 24 hours. Our company will, however, do everything humanely possible to return your revised paper in the timeframe you requested.  
  5. Please monitor your email closely as well as your profile page in case anyone from our team is trying to communicate with you. Unfortunately, there are times when you might forget to attach required documents or materials with your order. However, the onus is on you to furnish us with all necessary information and materials when ordering or if our representatives request your cooperation.
  6. If a customer wants to be able to ask for a free revision within 14 days after deadline expiration, s/he should choose an "Extended Revision" option while placing the order. He also has to pay additional 30 % of the order price. He cannot ask to make the changes that are different from the initial instructions and ask for the reimbursement of this fee.

A Full Refund

  1. We will offer a full refund if you were charged too much or if you accidentally send in a duplicate order for one paper. In this eventuality, you should not delay in contacting our support personnel so that they can cancel any order that is surplus to requirements.
  2. A 100% refund will be issued if we cannot manage to locate a writer for a particular order. 
  3. Once you have been fully refunded, you should refrain from using any order-related materials already provided. 

A Partial Refund

  1. We will be able to refund part of your money should you make a mistake when selecting the number of pages for your order. The amount of the refund will reflect the word count you actually want.
  2. We may offer to refund some of your money if you make a mistake when selecting the writing/educational level.
  3. We may offer to refund some of your money if you make a mistake and provide contrary information. For instance, the description you give on the order form may contradict the materials you attach.

Please note: Orders may not be canceled if there is 30% of the deadline still left and a member of our writing team has been allocated. Neither can orders be canceled where these are already completed and sent to the customer.  

Late Verification

  1. If someone who uses our writing service is late verifying their order, e.g., if they delay in replying to our financial representatives when requested to verify their identification (with the intention of preventing scams or fraud), their order’s deadline will start counting down as soon as the requested confirmation is provided. In cases like these, you can ask to extend your deadline or, if your assignment is very urgent, you can place an additional order to reimburse the writer.    

Word Count Issues

  1. Our company counts pages by the overall word count, e.g., on the basis of 300-word pages. The exception to this rule is assignments of the technical variety where these are primarily made up of calculations and numerical data. Our company’s administrators will gauge how complex an assignment is and decide the cost accordingly.
  2. Presentations. We help customers with PowerPoint Presentations on a paid basis. If you require speaker notes, your assigned writer will craft around 100 words to 150 words for each of your slides.  
  3. We can help with virtually all types of assignments including online tests. The cost of a test, including multiple-choice assignments, is calculated on the understanding that each page comprises of five questions. Therefore, you should place a two-page order for an assignment with ten questions.  


  1. Additional payment will be required for any order you want to take delivery of early. Our team will ask for a new order based on a recalculated price. If your assigned writer is happy to complete and deliver your paper early without extra reimbursement, it will not be possible for you to apply for a refund at a later date.
  2. If we are behind the schedule with your order and we have not agreed an extended deadline with you, you can expect a partial refund. The revised cost will reflect the current prices listed on our website’s pricing page.    

Order Type

  1. We very much encourage customers to choose the right order type when completing the order form. We are unable to provide refunds when payment for an order is still outstanding. 
  2. The “rewriting” assistance we offer refers to any text you would like our writers to reword or rephrase. We may request an additional order to reimburse the assigned writer if a customer requests a change of sources, more research, new text or any element that looks like a new piece of writing.    
  3. It is recommended you maintain a close watch on your account page and/or email in case there are messages from us that need your attention. We place great value on timely communication. This is especially the case if you would like to comment on a topic our writers have selected.
