This has resulted to unemployment which translates to poverty and poor living conditions.
Lastly, segregation in education has led to slow and poor economic development in different countries across the world. This is because; highly educated and skilled citizens are ones responsible for the rapid economic development of a given country. Hence, while members of first and second classes get higher education from best schools across the world, members of lower class who makes higher percentage of citizens in any given country goes on with no education (Hardin, 66). Thus, at the end, very few rich people end up acquiring necessary skills required towards economic development. As a result, these few skilled people are dragged behind by many unskilled people from lower class that depends on them in nearly all economical issues.
In general, segregation in education has posed many negative effects on many different people across the world. It has denied many people particularly from lower classes, an opportunity to attain their goals in life. This is because they are not given a chance to attend best schools which is the only means through which they can use to attain their objectives. It has also led to increased poverty, and poor economical status and financial instability among many people. Hence, I would like to take this opportunity to urge all government leaders, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and academic experts to come up and ensure that there is equitable distribution and access to educational utilities and institutions across the world. They should ensure that upper, middle and lower classes have equal access to same schools and educational facilities. They should sponsor members of lower class who qualify to join higher education and ensure that they pursue their careers successfully. By doing this, there will be rapid economic development across the world and eliminate all cases of poverty.
